1. Services
The Gas Guy LLC provides residential and commercial gas piping installation, repair, underground gas line installation, appliance connections, pressure testing, and related services. All work is performed in accordance with applicable local and state codes.
2. Estimates & Scope of Work
All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on visible site conditions at the time of inspection. If concealed conditions, code requirements, or scope changes arise, a written change order will be provided for approval before additional work is performed.
3. Service Call Fee
A $99 residential service call fee applies to on-site diagnostics and covers travel time and evaluation. If repair work is approved and completed during the same visit, the service fee may be applied toward the total project cost at the discretion of The Gas Guy LLC.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Larger projects may require a deposit prior to scheduling. We accept check, ACH, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted by law.
5. Permits & Inspections
Where required, permits and inspections will be coordinated as part of the project scope. Final approval is subject to local jurisdiction requirements. Inspection approval timelines are not controlled by The Gas Guy LLC.
6. Workmanship Warranty
The Gas Guy LLC provides a 10-Year Workmanship Warranty on labor performed. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and equipment supplied. Warranty coverage excludes misuse, alterations by others, lack of maintenance, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear.
7. Underground Installations
Underground gas line installations require utility locates prior to trenching. Additional charges may apply for rock, obstructions, unforeseen conditions, or required code upgrades.
8. Site Access & Conditions
Customers are responsible for providing safe and accessible work areas. The Gas Guy LLC is not responsible for damage to concealed or improperly marked utilities.
9. Emergency & After-Hours Services
After-hours, weekend, or priority emergency services may include additional fees.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Gas Guy LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services performed.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
